About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and we are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to be part of the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering projects in our large service agreement within distribution networks, maintaining overhead and underground cable networks at various voltage levels. The work is independent, but at the same time, it requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your main tasks include:

  • Planning and executing the project
  • Leading and managing the project team
  • Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects and managing closure and follow-up of the finances
  • Informing and reporting on the project's status to the client
  • Participating in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
  • Risk management
  • Reporting and documenting the project's success

The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. In the role of project manager, you will be part of a team with a good atmosphere. You will primarily work from your office, but you will also be out on site, as day trips within the nearest geography are a natural part of the job.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you need to have the ability to create strong collaborations and set direction. You are skilled at solving problems that arise and are used to managing risks and unexpected situations. You create engagement through participation and have the ability to set structure and manage to achieve both sub-goals and overall goals. Finally, you are business-minded with good entrepreneurship but would never let profitability come before safety.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

  • A completed secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, power, technology, economics, or another relevant field
  • Work experience in management or project management
  • Work experience in the electrical or power sector, or general electrical knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience from the contracting industry is an advantage
  • Computer skills (Office package) and experience with process-driven work in case management systems
  • Driving license B, as travel is required in the position
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
